How do you customise your services for different companies?
We use our experience gained from all of our current and previous projects to learn and develop. We have a core of services that run through our DNA but mean we are flexible with our offering. We specialise in the difficult and not the easy as we actively look for things that you don't easily find. How do I know if LEO is the right tool for us?
We provide a clear and detailed evaluation before agreeing any engagement. This will involve under NDA, a review of the data, your supplier and your current processes. We will provide an output of this for us to discuss and agree the way forward. LEO may not fit your organisation but it is as important to us to know that we can deliver a truly outstanding experience. LS
How long does it take to deliver a project from concept to implementation ?
There are many factors to this question, firstly the scope of the project, secondly the supporting network and resource available. A project is never undertaken lightly and while timings are also set by the window of opportunity we understand best that the delivery of a good project is based on positive support from the executive sponsor. Typical projects can range from 3 months to a year depending on the scope. SS
Outside of Logistics and Supply Chain projects where else do you operate?
We work deeply in manufacturing and have developed meaningful relationships with our clients over many years. Often we are asked to provide optimisation studies, footprint reviews or business strategy involving reshaping, moving for closing factories. This was born in part from a number of 'Center of Gravity'Â studies we successfully delivered during our first few years of operations. LS
